Job Description:
As an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead efforts in full-cycle recruitment, talent retention, and HR operations while spearheading on-campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
• Lead on-campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
• Develop KPIs for talent acquisition, such as cost per hire, time to fill, and candidate quality metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures in compliance with employment laws and organizational standards.
• Act as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams and business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in insurance or financial services organizations.
• Certifications: HR designation (CHRM, CHRP, etc.). Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
