Expert HR Business Partner Wanted for Options Consulting Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior management, providing expert guidance on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct regular HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address challenges.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and participating in the selection process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and proactively implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

About the Role:

This is an 18-month contract role requiring 4 days in office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
