Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and providing basic information.
  • Operate switchboard or telephone system, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and maintaining work records and logs.
  • Process information required to provide customer service, including obtaining and processing payments, and sending invoices.
  • Support data entry, customer service, and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and word processing software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office location. You will be expected to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • A generous base salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
