  • Schedule appointments and confirm them with all parties involved.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Possess a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and taking into account the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
