About the Role$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
This position requires a compassionate and proactive individual to provide exceptional customer service, support patients and clinicians, and assist with daily monitoring requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to patients, clinicians, and clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, triaging or escalating issues when necessary, while maintaining a professional tone and demeanor.
- Documentation: Record interactions and correspondence accurately in the CRM system, adhering to compliance guidelines and protocols.
- Follow-up: Schedule callbacks as required, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Internal Support: Assist with internal support tickets by assigning, determining next steps, and escalating priority issues when needed.
- Knowledge Updates: Stay informed about system information, updates, and changes, applying this knowledge to provide effective support.
- Clinician and Client Guidance: Educate clinicians and clients on the proper use of Cloud DX equipment and software, promoting efficient and safe practices.
- Team Player: Demonstrate approachability, enjoy seeing others succeed, and be willing to support colleagues when needed.
- Confident Communicator: Exhibit strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to evaluate and respond to various inquiries quickly.
- Flexible: Adapt to shifting hours and schedules as required, including weekend work.
- Multi-Tasker: Handle a high volume of requests with ease and efficiency, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solver: Enjoy solving problems, research solutions, and know when to escalate issues or ask for help.
- Experience using a ticketing system or working in a call queue.
