About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Client Connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff to promote Rogers services.
  • Unleash Creativity: Organize and execute marketing events and selling programs to drive sales and growth.
  • Become the Expert: Provide consultative advice to customers, offering customized Rogers solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Specialist: Share market insights to inform our sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Employee Commitment: Conduct business in alignment with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct.
