Territory Sales Representative

Haworth, Inc. is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as to grow and retain existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic news, and cultural shifts that impact our customers and the marketplace.
- Establish Haworth as the preferred supplier for our dealers by providing exceptional support, training, and resources to enhance their capabilities.
- Effectively manage business plans, expenses, and travel schedules to meet sales targets and company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Ottawa, Ontario without relocation assistance and maintain a current and continuing right to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with dealerships and understanding their sales and operating procedures.
- Bilingual in both English and French.
