We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Client Connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff to ensure Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.
  • Unleash Creativity: Organize exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions to drive sales and growth.
  • Become the Expert: Provide consultative advice to customers, applying a deep understanding of Rogers solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Market Specialist: Share market insights to inform our sales strategy and drive business results.
  • Employee Commitment: Conduct business in alignment with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct.
