About the Role
At AppleOne, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Woodbridge. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various office duties, including invoicing customers, answering phone calls, and responding to queries.
- Process accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
- Handle bank deposits, reconcile statements, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
