About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform various office duties, including invoicing customers, answering phone calls, and responding to queries.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle bank deposits, reconcile statements, and manage office supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
