Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at BORNTOW LOGISTICS. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
About You- You have a strong background in administration, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of other workers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as respond to emails and other correspondence.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that necessary materials are available when needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
