Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
