Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deskside Support Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will perform intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related tasks. You will also handle software installation and upgrades, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide first-level Help Desk support.

You will work closely with our clients to diagnose problems, establish ETAs, and ensure timely resolution. Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position, as well as A+ certification and vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and/or OEMs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related tasks
  • Handle software installation and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Provide first-level Help Desk support
  • Work closely with clients to diagnose problems and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of field service experience in hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities
  • At least 1-2 years of deskside support experience
  • Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills
  • A+ certification and vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and/or OEMs

What We Offer
