About the Role

Selling premium products in sophisticated markets is incredibly satisfying. As a Business Development Representative at LEAP Legal Software, you'll have the opportunity to grow our client base by putting our market-leading software into the hands of more law firms worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective law firms
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Business Development team
  • Build relationships with clients through social media platforms
  • Achieve weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators
  • Exceed team goals to drive success
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales as SDR/BDR
  • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook Calendaring
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
