Business Development Representative

Selling premium products in sophisticated markets is incredibly satisfying. As a Business Development Representative at LEAP Legal Software, you'll have the opportunity to grow our client base by putting our market-leading software into the hands of more law firms worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective law firms
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Business Development team
- Build relationships with clients through social media platforms
- Achieve weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Exceed team goals to drive success
- Experience in sales as SDR/BDR
- Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook Calendaring
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A hybrid role, working in-office three times a week
