About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our retail deposit portfolios in the Kelowna area. This role involves leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, deposit, loan, and membership growth goals while ensuring integrated service delivery of products and services to members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive business results.
  • Analyze reports and identify trends to inform strategic decisions and marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to grow and expand our membership base in the Kelowna area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch targeted campaigns and promotions to improve overall results.
  • Evaluate profit/loss potential and make informed decisions to optimize branch performance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in retail branches, with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills to foster team growth and development.
  • Strategic thinking and planning expertise to drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and members.
  • Broad knowledge of deposit-related products, personal lending, residential mortgages, and wealth management.
