About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales manager to join our team as a high-level sales strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve outstanding results and driving business growth through effective strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build brand loyalty.
- Team Development: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation, enabling team members to reach their full potential.
- Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role, preferably in the trade, broadcasting, and other services industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
