A2N is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or a related field
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
