Technical Support Specialist

At Ishay Technologies, we are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our users.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Giving access to computer networks and reporting on their performance
- Responding to users experiencing difficulties with computers and providing advice and training
- Consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Collections, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log
- Participating in the redesign of applications and software
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of computer systems and networks
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is willing to relocate for this position and is legally able to work in Canada. Fluency in English is required.
