Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Strategy Lead to join our team at Loblaw Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining the digital loyalty experience and integrating PC Optimum within various lines of businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable a seamless digital experience for PC Optimum members by surfacing relevant content through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience Strategy leadership team to optimize the editorial strategy and playbook for the app and website.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve the digital experience and develop a comprehensive content strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead the integration between PC Optimum and all lines of businesses across the LCL organization.
  • Develop and execute big bet campaigns, overseeing content production, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize customer journeys for events, promotions, and campaigns across all channels, working with Loblaw Digital Product & Tech teams, Enterprise Loyalty team, and stakeholders.
  • Manage key stakeholders across different areas of Loblaw Digital and LCL for various programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and designing online experiences.
  • Ability to build relationships easily and work in large, cross-functional teams solving complex problems for millions of customers.
  • Persuasive with strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data and make a case.
  • Organized and self-directed, prioritizing, pivoting, and giving clear direction to deliver impactful work on time.
  • Experience creating compelling presentations for senior leadership audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments, working proactively with critical thinking.
  • Thinks strategically, converting strategy into day-to-day operations.
Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
