Digital Experience Strategy Director

We are seeking a strategic and passionate leader to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of best-in-class digital experiences across all customer touchpoints for Joe Fresh e-commerce. You will be a champion for the customer, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is seamless, engaging, and drives meaningful business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  2. Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations, translating insights into actionable strategies and design solutions.
  3. Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of digital experiences, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for optimization.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of the digital experience strategy.
  5. Champion a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, advocating for the customer at every level and driving continuous improvement in the digital experience.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of digital experience professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of building, operating, and scaling successful digital teams
  2. 8+ years of experience within digital/retail/apparel organizations with senior leadership roles directly related to digital experience strategy.
  3. Ability to drive strategic initiatives managing day-to-day e-commerce operations
  4. Strong technical acumen demonstrated through past roles
  5. Excellent negotiation skills influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  6. Comfortable navigating ambiguity; proactive critical thinker able to mobilize actions
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Undergraduate degree required; post-graduate degree preferred
