Job Title: Director of Digital Commerce

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in digital commerce. As the Director of Digital Commerce, you'll be responsible for leading a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product managers to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide coaching and guidance to product managers to help them grow and develop in their roles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital commerce
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Experience with product management principles and best practices
