Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest departures.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
