Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, balancing cash, and completing reports.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and relay messages to other departments as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other front desk staff to ensure seamless operations and provide support during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
