Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with room assignments, key cards, and other requests.
- Room Reservations
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify guest information and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, including processing payments and making change.
- Communication
- Answer and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service.
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Will train.
