Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take and cancel room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone calls, and relay messages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
