The Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to lead our order administration team in executing customer purchase orders within SAP, from entry to invoicing collection. You will work closely with the Local Division Controller and be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for executing customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and revenue recognition policies.
  • Implement management strategies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend business solutions.
  • Drive periodic sales order reviews and contribute to the forecast process.
  • Guide and develop the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects/initiatives, including external audit/internal control requests.
Requirements
  • 2 years of pertinent experience in a team lead role or 5 years of pertinent experience as an Order administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Excellent work ethic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel, familiar with intercompany transactions.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) both written and verbal communication skills. French is required, English is also required for customer communication outside Quebec.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a retirement plan, healthcare plan, wellbeing program, and referral bonus premium.
