**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Entering and processing orders quickly and accurately
- Watching for and solving any problems with orders that come from manual entry, EDI, or Excel imports
- Making sure orders follow company rules and processes
- Communicating with the sales and development teams to fix any missing or incorrect information on orders
- Helping to update and maintain ERP system data
- Handling inventory tasks, such as moving or adjusting stock
- Checking stock, sales, and purchase reports to make sure they’re correct

**Qualifications**
- Focused on achieving results
- Able to manage processes and adapt to changing needs
- Quick to learn and adjust to new priorities
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- At least one year of experience in order processing, operations, or customer support
- Strong communication skills
- Works well in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills

**Responsabilités**
- Saisir et traiter les commandes rapidement et correctement
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes provenant de la saisie manuelle, des imports EDI ou Excel
- S'assurer que les commandes respectent les règles et processus de l'entreprise
- Communiquer avec les équipes commerciales et de développement pour corriger toute information manquante ou incorrecte sur les commandes
- Aider à mettre à jour et maintenir les données du système ERP
- Maintenir les courriels et les canaux Teams organisés
- Gérer les tâches liées à l'inventaire, comme le déplacement ou l'ajustement des stocks
- Vérifier que les rapports de stocks, ventes et achats sont corrects

**Qualifications**
- Axé(e) sur les résultats
- Capable de gérer les processus et de s'adapter aux besoins changeants
- Apprend rapidement et s'adapte aux nouvelles priorités
- Au moins un an d'expérience dans un rôle administratif
- Au moins un an d'expérience dans le traitement des commandes, les opérations ou le support client
- Solides compétences en communication
- Bon travail en équipe
- Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
