Reporting to the Local PMO Manager, this position is located at Campus Montreal in St. Laurent, QC

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partner with the local BL operations team in support of the Order to Cash process.
- Collaborates with Project Managers, Project Controllers and the Canadian, US and international Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
- Initiation of orders in SD and PS module of SAP.
- Ensure order booking complies with SOX and business unit guidelines.
- Booking of change orders on active projects.
- Preparation and submission of customer invoices in line with customer contract and maintenance of billing plans.
- Maintenance of project cost phasing in SAP.
- Coordinate with manufacturing facility to issue picking lists and delivery notes.
- Create requisitions for POs as requested by PM and logistics team.
- TECO and close service sales orders. Familiar with 3rd party accounting systems (Ariba, Taulia (US), Readsoft etc.).
- Support logistics team with shipping documentation (Proforma / CUSMA / delivery notes).
- Completes month-end activities (billing and invoicing, etc.).
- Available for a hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) schedule

**Your background**:

- DEC in Finance or Administration.
- 5-year experience as a contract administrator in a multi-currency environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (including SD and PS module) and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and highly organized (time-management, fast paced project environment).
- Impeccable integrity.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Willing to work occasional overtime and available as needed for month end activities.
- Fully bilingual in both written and spoken (English, French).
