Order Administration Specialist

A challenging career opportunity has arisen in ABB's Process Industries division. This role involves supporting Project Managers in all financial and commercial matters related to sales orders execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Enter customer purchase orders into SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and revenue recognition policies.
  • Manage sales orders to enable timely order execution in the system.
  • Maintain accurate billing plans in line with customer contracts and prepare invoices.
  • Regularly follow up on accounts receivable to ensure prompt payments.
  • Update forecasts based on the latest available information.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-currency environment.
  • Degree in Accounting or Administration; additional experience can be considered.
  • Excellent work ethic, ownership, and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Good understanding of SAP and Excel.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
