Order Administration Specialist

A challenging career opportunity has arisen in ABB's Process Industries division. This role involves supporting Project Managers in all financial and commercial matters related to sales orders execution.
Job Responsibilities- Enter customer purchase orders into SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and revenue recognition policies.
- Manage sales orders to enable timely order execution in the system.
- Maintain accurate billing plans in line with customer contracts and prepare invoices.
- Regularly follow up on accounts receivable to ensure prompt payments.
- Update forecasts based on the latest available information.
- Initiate purchase requisitions as needed.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-currency environment.
- Degree in Accounting or Administration; additional experience can be considered.
- Excellent work ethic, ownership, and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Good understanding of SAP and Excel.
- Bilingualism (French-English) with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
