Fish Recruit is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and support the company's rapid growth. Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and operational success.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in manufacturing and production roles.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, including regular reviews, goal setting, and coaching for employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and partner with leadership to develop and implement employee development programs that promote continuous learning and growth.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives as the company continues to grow, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company culture and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
