Job Description

The North Transportation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to join its team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can develop and implement human resources policies and programs, train staff, and manage training and development strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage training and development strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to promote fair evaluation and feedback.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
