Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Cellular Point. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure fair compensation and promotion opportunities.
  3. Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  4. Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and external partners.
  5. Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  6. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  7. Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
  8. Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations to senior management.
  9. Provide advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
  10. Respond to employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.
  12. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution of employee issues.
  13. Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
  14. Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful implementation and completion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, recruitment, or related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and strategies.
