Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide consultation and guidance to management and associates on HR-related matters
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Provide support and guidance to associates on HR-related issues

Requirements

  • Completion of CHRP or equivalent
  • University degree, plus CHRP or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar HR capacity
  • 3+ years direct recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
