Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Provide consultation and guidance to management and associates on HR-related matters
- Identify and implement best practices to improve HR processes and procedures
- Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Provide support and guidance to associates on HR-related issues
Requirements
- Completion of CHRP or equivalent
- University degree, plus CHRP or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar HR capacity
- 3+ years direct recruiting experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
