This strategic position will serve as a trusted advisor to management and leadership, providing expert guidance on all matters related to workforce planning, talent development, and performance reviews. You'll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and your assigned client groups to maintain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs, headcount, internal/external attrition, and develop meaningful, scalable solutions to ensure growth targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a credible partner, advisor, and coach to front-line managers and senior management, advising on workforce planning, talent development, and performance reviews.
  • Provide counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including program management of high growth talent, development roadmaps, succession planning, compensation strategies, and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and client groups to maintain a current snapshot of hiring needs, headcount, internal/external attrition, and develop solutions to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Understand the organization's needs for maximum organizational performance and efficiencies, consulting with management on key concerns and driving change when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal counsel to educate managers and employees on employee-related issues, including policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, reorganizations, internal audits, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or similar preferred, with no less than 5+ years of experience within an HR function, at least 2+ years as a Business Partner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, building relationships, negotiating with stakeholders, and influencing without authority.
  • Prioritize multiple, competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen, coaching and delivering HR programs to assigned client groups.
  • Aptitude for solving complex problems, analyzing, and providing people insights to business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Recent experience with Workday or similar HRIS program.

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel 10% within North America, occasional international travel.
