Overview

Caa Club Group is a leading provider of membership-based services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic HR leader who can partner with our business units to develop and execute people strategies that drive results. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for identifying trends and best practices to help us position ourselves for future challenges and adjust our business models as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, change management, human capital development, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Provide consultation, expert advice, and guidance to management and associates on HR-related matters.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance business outcomes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and laws affecting employment, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment an asset.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
