Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role will involve working closely with the HR leadership team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support updates to internal policies and procedures
  • Manage benefits and open enrollment programs
  • Develop workplace policies
  • Support employee relations and recruitment efforts

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of laws at the federal, state, and local level
  • Knowledge of HR functions and procedures, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and managing employee relations
  • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • May require a Bachelor's degree in HR or a professional certification in human resources, business management, or a related field
  • Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
