Administrative Support Specialist

At TR Education Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as directing and controlling daily operations. You will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. You will also be responsible for arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. You will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and have a basic security clearance and a criminal record check. You will work independently and be able to multitask, be organized, and be a team player with a client focus and a quick learner. You will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, and will work 30 to 35 hours per week. You will be fluent in English and will work in a permanent position.
