Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Provide training to staff members.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with stakeholders.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages to team members.
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Source and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
Computer and Technology Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Experience with Google Drive for document management.
