Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Go Motel. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and provide information to customers
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet customers and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work environment is professional and respectful, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Language: English

Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
