Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Media Director to lead our media planning, data operations, analytics, and reporting offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of client deliverables, managing a team of media strategists and planners, data and analytics experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans, leveraging data and analytics to drive business objectives and decisions.
  • Represent our media and analytics capabilities in new business opportunities and industry events.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in media, data, and AI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in engagements with clients to deliver ROI.
  • Mentor and develop team leaders, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with team leaders on staff development and team training needs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in media and marketing strategy.
  • Strong data-driven background and understanding of the strategic value of data and analytics.
  • Proven client relationship experience and ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced understanding across client verticals of media strategy, goal setting, and channel selection.
