A strategic Human Resources Business Partner is needed to drive the growth of our business by developing and implementing effective HR strategies and practices. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will provide strategic counsel on employee engagement, workforce planning and optimization, and the development of programs that improve the attraction and retention of top talent. The HRBP sets and aligns the global talent strategy with the company's priorities to drive results, defines and drives the delivery of talent processes and programs, and actively participates in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. This position will support all facets of international human resources including organizational development, workforce optimization, performance management, training and development and cultural change.

The chosen candidate will collaborate and act in partnership with the corporate human resources team to ensure that HR programs enable employees within their client groups to be more effective and impactful in their roles, driving a high performing workforce. The key to the Human Resources Business Partner success will be partnering with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide tools that motivate people to enhance the culture of high performance. This person will be a results-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and has meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to deal with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
  2. Offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy.
  3. Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop HR programs and initiatives.
  5. Champion a culture of excellence that inspires employees to deliver top results.
  6. Develop and lead people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  7. Partner with Learning & Development to create value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  8. Support a diverse culture that promotes inclusion and belonging.
Requirements:
  1. Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  2. Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  3. 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  5. Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  7. Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs.
  8. Service-oriented and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
  9. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  10. Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
  11. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
