At ORBCOMM, we're seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to drive our global talent strategy forward. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic counsel on employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to design and deliver HR programs that drive business results.
  • Partner with business leaders to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Develop and implement global talent strategies that align with our company's priorities.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
