- Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic solutions that align with company objectives.
- Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
- Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful HR programs.
- Service-oriented and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
