Job Overview


This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where you will play a key part in driving high performance through innovative HR strategies. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.



Responsibilities



  • As a strategic partner, you will provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with corporate leaders to develop and implement integrated HR solutions that drive business results and enhance employee experience.
  • Influencing decision-making, you will facilitate change and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  • You will represent the People and Culture team, ensuring HR programs are aligned with business goals and priorities.
  • Partnering with Centres of Excellence, you will deliver presentations and guide discussions on various HR topics to diverse stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of integrated corporate HR policies and programs, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
  • As a leader, you will motivate and coach staff to achieve their objectives and deliver exceptional results.


Requirements



  • An undergraduate degree in human resources, business, industrial relations, or psychology, or a related field with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • Experience driving organizational success by proactively using HR data to guide leaders and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with corporate leaders, influence decision-making, and facilitate change.
  • Effective leadership skills, including coaching and feedback to empower leaders and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience executing succession, organizational design, and talent management strategies.
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources Management policies, practices, theories, concepts, talent acquisition, and key trends.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both official languages (English and French), with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Awareness of employment law and regulations, legislative issues, and industry trends relating to Human Resources.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to recommend solutions on various HR issues.


Preferred Qualifications



  • A professional Human Resources designation (such as CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, or CRHA).


Compensation and Benefits


The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual paid vacation, annual individual performance incentive, defined benefit pension plan, group insurance plan, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
