The Role:We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO, focusing on managing their calendar, preparing reports, and executing special projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in managing senior executives' calendars and prioritizing tasks effectively.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities. You will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
- Screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests;
- Drafting and editing correspondence on behalf of the CEO as needed;
- Managing client communication and email follow-ups;
- Assisting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and special projects;
- Cultivating positive relationships with key stakeholders;
- Organizing and preparing for executive meetings, conferences, and lunches;
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including employee stock options, paid sick days, group health insurance, and RRSP matching plan.
