About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MacIsaac Gow LLP. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services.

You will also be responsible for maintaining our filing system, preparing financial statements and reports, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files;
  • Prepare and distribute regular and electronic mail and other materials;
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial statements and reports;
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
