Nike Bilingual Lead Partner Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Lead Partner Representative to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our Sports Experts business, you will be responsible for leading our partnership with this major retail banner.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer, and account data to drive business growth and make informed decisions. You will develop and execute go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and forecasts to drive sales and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze data and drive decision-making will be critical to the success of this role.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams in merchandising, marketing, planning, finance, and operations to support the partnership with Sports Experts. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including the Sports Experts Head Office and franchise owner/operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and forecasts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Analyze data to drive decision-making and inform business strategies
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including the Sports Experts Head Office and franchise owner/operators
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the partnership with Sports Experts
  • Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, driving and executing account strategies
  • Proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer, and account data to drive business growth and make informed decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree suggested or higher in the field of sales, economics, or relevant topic
