YOUR ROLE

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for sports to take on the role of Field Sales Representative, responsible for a designated territory in Ontario. In this position, you will significantly influence the success of our brands by cultivating robust, positive relationships with retailers, acquiring new accounts, and delivering exceptional sales and post-sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a proud ambassador for the assigned brands.
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail partners.
  • Oversee sales activities within your designated territory.
  • Deliver a high standard of sales and after-sales service.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective marketing strategies with clients.
  • Represent the assigned brands at various trade shows and regional events, including a minimum of four weekend events annually.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the sports industry.
  • Active involvement in the sports community.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Motivated by challenges.
  • A collaborative team player.
