Job Title: Lead, Partner Representative for Sports Experts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Partner Representative to join our team at Nike Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for leading our business with Sports Experts, a leading retail partner in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and forecasts for the Sports Experts retail banner.
  2. Manage gross to net (G2N) for the Sports Experts retail banner, ensuring accurate and realistic inventory levels.
  3. Analyze consumer insights to ensure key products are supported at the right doors and are in the path of Nike's targeted consumers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Nike to drive business growth and support the partnership with Sports Experts.
  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with Sports Experts' Head Office and key franchise owner/operators.

Requirements:

  1. At least 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, driving and executing account strategies.
  2. Proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer, and account data, insights, and analytics to make decisions and drive change.
  3. Bachelor's Degree suggested or higher in the field of sales, economics, or relevant topic.
