We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Sixsense Strategy Group. Our company specializes in life sciences consulting, and we work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Canada, the US, and Europe.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will support client project delivery by coordinating events and meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in event logistics, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment rental;
  • Tracking and delivering compliance documentation for regulatory purposes;
  • Developing event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including project teams, healthcare professionals, and vendors;
  • Providing customer service and logistics support to ensure timely communication of meeting information;
  • Initiating and maintaining contact with key individuals to clarify, coordinate, and negotiate critical issues;
  • Executing and coordinating contracts, payments, meeting invitations, reminder emails, and correspondence as required;
  • Providing support for virtual meetings and in-person events;
  • Delivering post-project expense reporting and reconciliation;
  • Creating, customizing, and maintaining virtual registration processes;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience in meeting coordination, event planning, and stakeholder communication;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations is an asset;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in PowerPoint;
  • Eligibility to work in Canada legally and ability to travel internationally;
