**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and event organization to promote our company and services.

Your duties will include:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Manage and update company website content
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build on the reputation and continually expand channel partners and client reach
- Manage the company’s strategic marketing and communications plan including tradeshows, event sponsorship's, Sales Materials, Sales packaging strategies, public announcements, social and digital media channels
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior
- Responsible for monitoring and updating the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of event, including conferences and meetings
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event services and products
- Create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, and transportation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensue all events details are communicated effectively
- Oversee event registration and attendee management processes
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver successful events
- Proficiency in HTML5 for website content management
- Experience with Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing collateral
- Knowledge of advertising strategies across different channels

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
